Ticket Terms & Conditions

Last updated · July 2026

These Ticket Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of a ticket to Venture Dallas 2026 ("the Event"), held October 22, 2026 at Old Parkland, 3819 Maple Avenue · Dallas. By completing checkout you agree to these terms.

1. Your ticket

Each ticket admits one named attendee and is non-transferable without prior written consent from the organizer.

Your seat is confirmed only when payment clears. Registration details you provide (name, email, mobile number, company, and title) must be accurate.

Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for any commercial promotion without written permission.

2. Entry & conduct

Attendees must be 18 or older. You must present your confirmation (the link texted to your mobile) and a valid photo ID at check-in.

Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. The organizer may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of these terms, without refund.

The venue's own rules and any applicable health and safety requirements apply while you are on site.

3. Program changes

Speakers, sessions, timings, and format may change. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of material changes.

Session capacity is limited. Reserving a session seat or joining a waitlist does not guarantee admission if a session reaches capacity.

4. Media

The Event may be photographed and recorded. By attending you consent to your image or voice being captured and used by the organizer for documentation and promotional purposes.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer's total liability arising from your ticket is limited to the amount you paid for it.

The organizer is not liable for personal belongings, travel or accommodation costs, or indirect or consequential losses.

6. Ticketing platform (Boop)

Tickets are sold by the organizer, who is the merchant of record for your purchase. Boop (Boop Me Inc) provides the ticketing and attendee-app platform and charges the organizer a platform fee; card payments are processed by Stripe into the organizer's own Stripe account. Your use of the Boop platform is additionally governed by Boop's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

If these Event terms conflict with Boop's platform terms, the Boop platform terms control for platform and payment matters.

7. Governing law

These Event terms — the ticket relationship between you and the organizer for an event held in Dallas, Texas — are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. (Boop's platform terms are separately governed by Delaware law, as noted above.)

Questions about these terms can be sent to director@venturedallas.org.

Platform policies (Boop)
