Cancellation & Refund Policy

Attendee cancellations

Tickets are refundable through October 1, 2026. To request a refund before that date, email us from the address on your order and the refund will be issued by the organizer to your original payment method.

Boop processing/service fees may be non-refundable even where the ticket price is refunded.

After October 1, 2026, tickets are non-refundable, but you may request a one-time transfer to another attendee (subject to approval) up to 48 hours before the Event.

If we change or cancel the Event

If the organizer cancels the Event, you'll receive a refund of the ticket price (net of any non-refundable platform fees), issued by the organizer through the Boop platform.

If the Event is postponed or moved, your ticket will be honored for the new date; if you can't attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the change being announced.

Circumstances beyond our control

Neither the organizer nor Boop is responsible for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control (including severe weather, venue closure, public-health emergency, or government action). Where feasible, an organizer-approved credit valid for 12 months may be offered in place of a refund.

Platform-level handling

Payments and refunds are made through the organizer's Stripe account via the Boop platform. Platform operation, outages, and Boop's own fees are governed by Boop's Cancellation Policy, which sits alongside this Event policy.
