the problem

your professional event deserves more than party registration.

Most event tools were built for parties. They sell a ticket, count a headcount, and hand you a list of names on the morning of the event. That is plenty for a birthday and nowhere near enough for a summit.

A professional event is a room full of people who came to meet each other. Registration is the one moment you can ask who they are, what they are looking for, and who they should be sitting next to. Throw that away and the rest of the day is guesswork.

Consumer tools collect headcount. Pro events need context.

before the doors open

the front door your guests actually see.

registration and ticketing

sell the seat, don't just count the rsvp

Build the tiers you actually sell: paid, free RSVP, or invite-only with an approval step. Each one carries its own price, capacity, and questions. Past capacity, registrations go to a waitlist instead of a dead end. Discount codes come off the top and comps are issued from the same screen, so every seat and what it cost is one list. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so it's your name on the buyer's statement and your money from the moment it settles.

custom domains

your event, on your domain

The event doesn't live on a shared subdomain with your name in a query string. It lives on the domain you own, end to end: landing page, registration, checkout. matchhouse.events is a Boop event running exactly that way, and nothing on it says Boop unless you want it to. We wire the domain up with you during setup.

custom event pages

designed for your event, not stamped from a template

Speakers, agenda, venue, sponsors, ticket tiers, and the RSVP flow on one page built to your brand. MATCH HOUSE and the Latimer Futures Summit at MIT each got a page that looks like theirs, not like ours. We design and build it with you rather than handing you a page builder and wishing you luck.

smart forms

ask the right questions automatically

Registration adapts to whoever is filling it in. Founder? Ask about the raise. Investor? Ask about the thesis. Sales leader? Ask what they're trying to fix this quarter. By the time registration closes you have intent, not a headcount. Those same answers are what the matchmaking runs on.

the run-up

the program, the invite, and who else is coming.

speaker and session management

run the agenda instead of retyping it

A speaker roster with titles, companies, bios, and where each one is in the booking funnel, joined to sessions so someone on four panels is one person, not four rows. Sessions carry room, track, capacity, and a type: keynote, panel, fireside, workshop, networking, break. Turn on RSVPs and a full session opens an ordered waitlist that promotes automatically when someone drops. And you can build the whole thing by dropping in last year's PDF: Boop reads it and hands back sessions and speakers for you to approve before anything is written.

custom email invites

a real calendar invite, not a link to click

Pick the audience: everyone registered, one status, a saved list, or a handful of addresses typed in. The invite goes out from your connected Google or Outlook calendar with the session's time, room, and description. RSVPs sync back into the event. Move or cancel the session and everyone who accepted is updated for you.

personalized sms

real-time updates that actually get read

Room changes, schedule slips, networking nudges, a link only that person can open. All of it sent by text and personalized by name, company, or segment. No app to download, no email to open. You see the exact segment count for the whole audience before anything sends.

on the day

the door, the room, and the receipts.

qr check-in

frictionless check-in at the door

Every attendee gets a unique QR. Scan it from the desk or a volunteer's phone and they're in, with their registration answers already attached, so whoever is working the door knows exactly who just walked in. No line, no clipboard, no scanning a printed list for a name.

badge printing

the badge is queued the moment they check in

Check someone in at the desk, on a volunteer's phone, or from another operator's laptop, and they land in the print queue with their name, company, title, role, and a QR already laid out. Print state lives on the registration rather than in one browser tab, so two people working the same desk see one queue and a reload doesn't reprint the morning. A jam or a cancelled print dialog is one click from a reprint.

attendee networking

completely appless, with apps on top if they want them

Nobody is asked to download anything at your door. The whole experience runs over text: attendees book meetings with each other, share a profile by QR instead of hunting for a LinkedIn handle, and get every update on the phone they already have out. Guests who want more can add the app on top of the same event — everyone they met in one list with their own notes and tags, and a booking QR they hold up to have time taken on their calendar on the spot. Installing it is an upgrade, never the price of admission.

meeting directory

attendees find each other, on their terms

The directory shows name, company, and LinkedIn. Nothing private. Anyone can ask to connect, before the doors open or during the event. The other person gets an email and decides. Only on an accept do the two sides exchange contact details. Both ends opt in, which is exactly why people use it instead of opting out of the whole list.

after the doors close

what the room was actually worth.

smart surveys

ask the room, and get an answer back

Build a survey once and send it the way people will actually answer: a link in an email, a text, or a QR on the table. Questions branch on the answers above them, so nobody is asked about a session they didn't attend. When someone arrives from an invite their responses attach to their registration, so feedback comes back as "the investors said the second panel ran long" rather than a spreadsheet of anonymous rows.

connections and sponsor reports

prove the room worked

Every connection made at the event is tracked, and one-way scans are separated from mutual ones. A badge someone pointed a phone at is not a conversation, and the report says which is which. Sponsors get their own sign-in to the guest list for the event they paid for, scoped to that event and revocable the day after. On your side the sponsor board carries the deal and what you still owe each one on the same card.

curated matchmaking

introductions are a hope. we book the meeting.

The same answers that power registration power your matches. Every attendee gets a curated shortlist, and the meetings that matter are booked before the doors open. Not “let’s find time.” A table and a time.
